It's the holiday season again! We love sending and receiving Christmas cards, but I have to admit that technology has made us lazy! It's so hard to justify buying and sending out cards when we can create and more widely distribute an electronic card in less time! So although we know it's exciting to get something in your mailbox, we're going to be boring this year and send out an electronic Christmas card again!

This last year has been a wonderful one with so much to be thankful for. We've decided to let our photographs tell the story. Click on the picture above to pull up a slide show of this year's highlights.

P.S. On another note, we have an announcement that definitely isn't a secret any more, but it may not be common knowledge. Daniel's advisor here recently accepted a faculty position at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. Since Daniel will be finishing his coursework soon, we decided it would be best to make the move with Dr. Brendel rather than trying to finish up the dissertation here. We have come to love Ames, but we are excited about the move and the new opportunities in Indiana. We have not finalized our moving plans yet, but we will be making the move some time during the summer of 2012.
